1. What is the ATP Fan Credential?

The ATP Fan Credential is the official ATP World Tour fan membership program. Members get access to special offers and content such as newsletters, mobile alerts and ticket offers. Members can choose to receive various products by setting their preferences in the member preference center.

2. Am I a member already?

If you are already receiving emails from us, whether you signed up to receive the Insider newsletter or played or currently playing our Draw Challenge Circuit, we have saved a credential for you. If you have forgotten your password or need one, click here to retrieve it.

3. How do I become a member?

You can become a member by registering on ATPWorldTour.com and clicking on the ‘Sign Up’ button at the top of the website.

4. How much does it cost?

Your Fan Credential is FREE.

5. What products do you offer?

We have a series of offers, alerts and newsletters depending on what type of fan you are.

World Tour Insider: Newsletter with behind-the-scenes content. Catch up with everything off-court from player activities to special photo galleries. Sent weekly usually on Thursdays.
ATP World Tour Weekly: Newsletter for everything on-court. Tournament winners and upcoming previews, links to updated rankings and statistics. Sent weekly usually on Sundays.
ATP World Tour Announcements: Message from the ATP such as press releases and general circuit announcements.
Product Offers: Information about official ATP products. Sent when offers become available.
Partners Promotion: Information from official ATP partners. Sent when offers become available.
Fantasy News and Alerts: Keep up with your Draw Challenge Circuit information and receive alerts so you don’t miss a deadline to lock your picks. Sent ahead of each draw challenge.
ATP World Tour Finals Updates: Updates about the Barclays ATP World Tour Championship
Credential Updates: Everything about the Fan Credential program. Receive updates on new benefits, birthday wishes, and other information regarding your Fan Credential.
Mobile Alerts: Mobile alerts to receive breaking news (sent occasionally) and other alerts.
Tournament Daily Results: A combination of the current day’s results and tomorrow’s order of play. One email sent for each tournament, each day starting with main draw play.
Tournament News and Tickets Offers: From time to time, ATP collaborates with its tournaments to bring you special offers on tickets. Sent when offers become available.

6. How often will I get emails from ATP Fan Credential?

We plan to email you and keep you informed of new features. You can expect to receive an email about once a month.

7. How do I register to play the Draw Challenge Circuit?

You credential allows you to play the circuit.

8. I've registered for the Draw Challenge and received the confirmation email, but I can't get into the site.

The ATP World Tour Draw Challenge uses cookies to authenticate users on the web site. If you are blocking cookies with your browser's privacy settings, then you will not be able to access the site and play the game. Please ensure you are allowing cookies from the atpworldtour.com domain and try accessing the site again.

9. How do I unsubscribe from a specific product?

Simply uncheck the product you no longer wish to receive while in your member preference center. You can access your member center by signing in from ATPWorldTour.com or via an email.

10. How do I ensure that I receive the content I requested?

Ensure safe delivery of your emails by adding credential@fans.atptour.com to your address book or safe list. For help on how to add, here are some helpful links from the most popular email clients.

11. I signed up for the Fan Credential but I am not getting any emails.

We use a professional email marketing service which monitors the industry for delivery and control spam. You may need to check with your network administrator to assure you can receive emails from credential@fans.atpworldtour.com. Perhaps, you might have unsubscribed from a mailing from us in the past which would result in you being in our master suppression list. If you feel this is the case, email us at content@atpworldtour.com

12. How do I update my information?

You can update your information at anytime by signing in to your credential.

16. What is my Screen Name used for?

Your Screen Name is used to play our Draw Challenge Circuit and other fantasy games. It will also be used for new features coming up, e.g. for posting comments or joining a community.

17. I forgot my password

In the Fan Credential area, simply click on the option ‘Forgot Password’ and we will ask you to enter your email. We will send your information directly to your e-mail address.

18. How do I cancel my credential?

When signed in, you can simply click on ‘Remove Me from All ATP Mailings’ link at the bottom of the page and we will remove your e-mail address from all mailings.
